We are looking for motivated customer service reps (m / f /d) for simple office activities for various clients and sectors:
- Are you good with numbers and would like to work in invoice processing?
- You are good with children and can explain to them how to handle a game console?
- You are interested in vacation in the broadest sense and would like to book flights and hotels?
- You love cars and understand how modern assistance systems communicate with each other and can explain this to other people?
- You like to shop and would like to answer questions about loyality cards and the redemption of points?
- Or maybe you are interested in lifestyle products and would like to advise customers on these?
- Are you familiar with smartphones and can you explain to other people how to use them?
As you can see, we offer many opportunities in customer service / customer support. What should you bring along?
- Interested in an office based job
- fluent in German (B2 level or better) plus one of the following languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Czech,Estonian, Norwegian or Finnish
- can work shifts
- Willingness to learn new things
