Our client is one of the global leaders in business process outsourcing projects. They are an international customer service provider with 50,000 staff internationally in more than 80 countries. Their clients employ them to communicate with their customers in the most effective ways – this can be on the phone, via email, on the web through live chat or any social media channels. For a newly set up IT project in lovely Berlin we are looking for a talented personality (m/f/d) in the role of an IT trainer.

You will work closely with the operational team and client stakeholders to ensure that training material is up to date and correctly reflects current operational goals. Attending client briefings regarding new products and campaigns, and adapting this information into effective, informative and engaging training sessions is an important part of the role.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Maintain and develop a comprehensive knowledge of cloud based IT applications
- Execute proactive training
- Drive team performance and quality of service
- Maintain a detailed understanding of cloud computing
