Customer Support (m/f/d) game console - DANISH

You have a friendly attitude; you enjoy providing helpdesk service with competent service in the area of consumer electronics, telecommunication and information technology. Your job is to respond to customer queries, either by phone or e-mail. Documentation of all transactions and complaint management are also part of your tasks.

You are fluent in DANISH. Your communication skills are professional, competent and problem orientated. Depending on the challenge you act on your own, flexible and never lose sight of customer excellence. You are computer literate and are willing to deliver what the customer expects. It is necessary that you have basic knowledge in the area of computer technology, installation of hardware, network technology and storage devices. Experience as a call center agent (m/f/d) is an advantage but not required since you will be trained in advance.
