Your tasks in your new customer service job:

- answer questions concerning academic programs
- Advice on questions regarding admission requirements, studium structure and tuition fees
- Maintenance of contacts and resubmissions in the CRM system
- Work in a customer service/customer support environment

Your profile:

- Excellent understanding of service
- Understanding of complex processes and target driven
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Good in customer contact
- Fluent in German and English (B2 level in both languages required)
