Their distribution channels include department stores, eCommerce websites and company owned retail stores. For their customer service department we are looking for talented personalities to service their customers in regard to order status, warranty and repair, instructions or product registration. Are you in?

In this customer service role you will assist customers in experiencing their products in the best possible way. Typical questions might cover:
_ general setup / matching with smartphones / handling the app
_ charging / battery management / pairing devices
_ activity data tracking
_ support with all sorts of features and functions / settings
_ handle repair orders and warranty issues

Who you are:
_ excellent customer service skills
_ dedicated with a positive attitude
_ empathic listener and persuasive speaker
_ ability to contribute expertise
_ resilient and capable of juggling priorities
_ fluent in Arabic
