Our client is a financial service provider and is looking for talented staff (d/f/m) to assist customers with simple questions in word and writing. You will provide help with general enquiries about services, cost, interests, lost passwords or similar.

This is a temporary job for February - April 2022 (roughly, extension possible).

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm
Starting date: January, 24

About you:
- Fluent in English and German (B2 level in both languages will be sufficient)
- PC literate
- Quick learner (5 days of training (fully paid) upfront)
- Customer mindset
- Respect work ethic
