Our client is a luxury re-commerce retailer specialized in the buying and selling of accessories from high-end fashion brands. At their core, they are a technology company with a mission of making the world's most coveted brands more accessible by breaking down the walls of traditional luxury.
They are seeking friendly and detailed individuals to join their Client Services team as a Personal Shopping Assistant to assist clients over phone, email and chat with questions about their luxury accessories and handbags.
About the role:
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding items on the website; typically, on condition or noted flaws.
- Assist clients with general inquiries over phone and/or email along with escalated calls.
- Use proper phone etiquette when facilitating client service inquiries and requests.
- Partner with Client Services Lead/Manager to keep training content and materials up-to-date
- Effectively communicate with other departments to resolve client issues
Do you have what it takes:
- Ability to communicate with high-end clients on the phone, email or chat
- Working knowledge of Customer Service and valuing the customer experience
- Knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency working with online website
- Extremely organized and ability to multi task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French or Italian
- Must have integrity and consistently exhibit strong work ethics
