We are looking for talented personalties (m/f/d) for the customer service in financal services for the Norwegian market.

What will I do:
- First contact for customers on all payment queries
- Processing of incoming payments, installments and other payment arrangements
- Follow-up on outstanding payments
- Master data maintenance
- Cooperation with other departments
- Continious improvement of current processes
- Work in a customer support/customer service environment

What you bring along:
- Hands-on mentality and good with numbers
- PC literate
- Eye for detail
- Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
- Fluency in Norwegian (speak and write)
