Our client is an Online shop in the area of home decoration and accessories. For the management of their centrally located headquater we are looking for a talented personality for the organisation of the day-to-day challenges in a modern office environment.

_ You are the focal point of contact for all administrative and organisational issues
_ You operate the switchboard and deal with external partners, such as landlords, service providers, subcontractors with regards to invoices, payments, general questions
_ You make the offices to be a great place to work: you manage cleaning services, inventory repair or replacement, IT setups, flowers and the availability of drinks and snacks and other office needs
_ You organise team events and travel arrangements (once possible again)
_ Meet and greet visitors and onboard / offboard employees

About you (m/f/d)
_ fluent in German and English
_ Ability to work effectively in a team
_ Highly motivated with attention to detail
_ Well organised
_ Operates best without lots of bureaucracy
_ Feeling comfortable in assisting people
_ Understands the importance of professionalism
