Our client provides businesses worldwide with a broad portfolio of transportation, eCommerce and business services. We are looking for eager, driven, inside Sales Specialist employees. This sales position manages accounts, not people, and is responsible for selling transportation brokerage services to potential customers. This role execute work including but not limited to identifying prospects, cold calling, cultivating relationships and servicing all customer needs.

Build a portfolio of qualified customers.
Act as the point of contact for the customer regarding any inquiry related to the management and movement of shipments.
Problem solve, address concerns and implement solutions for customers.
Contact customers to obtain the necessary information to resolve discrepancies and when necessary to expedite payment.
Partner with the operations team to ensure that customer needs are met through the operational execution of the loads.
Adhere to all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as required.

Fluent in Danish, Norwegian, Flemish or Dutch, French, German and Polish
