We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist who learns quickly, is organized and can communicate clearly and effectively. As part of the Operations team, you are responsible for first-line customer service. In collaboration with the product and engineering teams, you assist clients with their requests, and diagnoses, solving both hardware and software related problems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Answer inbound emails and telephone calls from users
Enter all activity as a ticket into our Customer Service application
Qualify, answer, and if necessary, escalate the ticket
On-board customers and assist them in setting up their devices
Make use of visualization tools to monitor the devices in real time
Set up customer demos
Monitor technical evaluations, Proof of Concepts with customers, ensure expected results and satisfaction with clients' products
Compile user experience feedback when making use of the service and share with the Operations Team
Provide customers with basic product training via the tools at hand
Provide remote technical support to clients, while fostering a client experience of the highest standard

In order to be considered, you must have:

Good understanding of WiFi networks
Knowledge of IP networking and associate configurations (ssh, dhcp, dns) desired
Network security
High level of customer orientation
Experience using support tickets to respond to user requests
Familiarity with MS Excel and with web apps for support tracking
Fluency in English and French is required, ability with Spanish/ Italian or German is a plus
