What the role involves
• Provide friendly and efficient service to the international community.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on customers’ computer environments (phone, email and remote access).
• Be the first point of contact to handle technical support and resolve customer complaints.
• Respond professionally to inbound phone calls and emails, including urgent situations.
• Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
• B2B (80%) & B2C (20%) support with selected English email support.
• Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals.
What the perfect candidate (m/f/d) bring
• Fluent in Italian or Spanish.
• Customer Service focused.
• Passion for technology.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Good troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with web browsers and VPN issues.
• Experience with Windows based applications.
• Interested in working in a customer service / customer support / help desk environment.
