Our customer connects more than 30 destinations throughout Europe, transporting several thousand passengers every day. Understandable that sometimes a piece of luggage can disappear. To avoid customers have a long wait or experience unprofessional service, our customer operates their own service line. To extend the existing team in customer service we are looking for you (m/f/d) for the following tasks:

Your job as a customer support agent (m/f/d):

- You are the direct contact person for customers, struggling with luggage that did not arrive
- Via phone or e-mail you will answer all questions about the current investigation status, the current location of the item or the scheduled delivery date
- You arrange delivery dates for luggage found with customers, offer delivery alternatives (for example, at the bakery next door) and, if necessary, make payments so that the customer can buy the most urgent items while waiting for their luggage
- You work in a customer support / customer service environment
