Our client is one of the major players in the field of customer contact solutions. More that 500 staff working there in the fields of hospitality, entertainment, travel and fashion. To support their busy recruiting team we are looking for a talented personality for data administration tasks.

About the role:
_ maintain and complete applicants master data, test results, feedback
_ prepare, dispatch and filing of contracts, contract alterations and other employment related communication
_ ensure HR database is always up to date
_ prepare paperwork for works council
_ onboarding of new employees
_ verification of work documents of non-EU applicants

Do you have what it takes:
_ high sense of personal accountability
_ understands the importance of professionalism
_ equipped with basic principles of information technology
_ high integrity work ethic
_ focus on solutions not problems
_ fluent in English and German
