We are hiring Guest Correspondence Representatives (m/f/d); in this role you are responsible for developing and disseminating communication to guests for post-cruise issues. The main responsibility is to address concerns and find resolution within the department guidelines provided. The ideal candidate will respond in a timely manner via email and/or outbound phone calls. Must have excellent writing skills, effective communication ability using empathy and sensitivity to the concern(s) being addressed. Fluency in French or German is a prerequisite.
