A well-funded independent company, with ambitious plans to expand, our client is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) to join their team.

They take the hassle out of planning, shopping and cooking, by delivering weekly meals with the ingredients and recipes ready to cook, so there’s no more ‘what’s for dinner’ panic.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Joining a team of supportive, social and vibrant team members, you will be the (virtual) face of our client, delivering first and lasting impressions to their French customers. With the help of an extensive training, you will be able to confidently and efficiently communicate to their customer base and couriers via phone, email or chat, providing quality advice and assistance on all things for our client.
Keep on top of a high volume of customer calls, emails and live-chats
Ensure their French customers queries or complaints are answered with the aim of a first time resolution
Perform customer engagement calls to existing members
Achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
Keep your finger on the pulse with regards to customer happiness and retention; reporting back their thoughts to the wider business.
We'd love to meet someone with
Strong attention to detail and time management
Good PC & typing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and in English
Able to work in a team
Curious and an eye for improvement
The ability to go the extra mile
