Our client operates a limousine service in various regions of France. The team is responsible for the daily contact with the customers and the rental and disposition of the vehicles. In your (m/f/d) new position you look after every customer with respect and exceed his expectations in terms of customer service and competence. Before starting work, you will receive a full-paid, two-week training course in which you will learn all about the vehicles and rental conditions. Typically, our customer's vehicles will be used in VIP events at big events.

Your taks as a customer rep:

- Qualified telephone and written advice to customers
- Scheduling of vehicles and drivers
- Disposition of vehicle transfers
- Contact person for the drivers with all problems and challenges

With these characteristics you could be part of the french customer service team:

- Professional experience in commercial areas
- Good linguistic expressiveness in French and English
- Good PC knowledge
- Service-orientation
- Responsibility and engagement
- Systematic way of working, accuracy and punctuality
- Temporal flexibility
