For our new client, the largest social media platform in the world, their 400-strong team is looking for several visionary designers for the french customer service. Enjoy working as a Community Manager (m / f / d) since you are the bridge builder between the platform and its clients. You convince through your uniqueness, your originality and your personality. Your passion for customer service transforms every contact into a personal and excellent customer service experience. You are your own manager for customer success and you are enthusiastic about communities and communication.

Your job as a Community Manager:

-You advise small and medium-sized companies (SMB) on advertising solutions and the management of advertisements
-You provide Post Sales Support, showing the benefits of advertising solutions
-When answering customer inquiries, you use all communication channels such as voice, font editing and customer touchpoints in the social network

You bring along enthusiasm to be part of the customer support team:

-A business education or comparable work experience
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Fluent in French and good command of English( least B2 level)
-Social Media Advert Product knowledge or at least an affinity for Digital Advertising
-Problem solver, multitasker and accustomed under pressure to get the best results
-Fast comprehension and learning ability
