Our client is one of the trend setters when it comes to "avoid food waste". Their services connect businesses with unsold food and consumers willing to buy at a discounted rate. They are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join their team.
About the role:
- engage with all sorts of (new) businesses having a surplus on food beyond best days and explain the concept
- provide information materials to potential new partners, answer questions and manage their onboarding process
- train new partners in using app and services provided
- support logistics processes behind collection of excess food
- assist with all questions around their app
- listen or read about all kinds of experience submitted to the company and share with relevant stakeholders
