On behalf of our client we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) for order management and reservation of transport services for the finnish market. Our client offers alternative ways to get from home to the airport. They got the right vehicle for every traveler, be it a big family van with extra-large luggage compartment or a the luxury sedan. Conveniently from home, the customers are picked up and taken to the respective airport.
This is how you can imagine your customer service rep job:
- By phone you take bookings / reservations
- You give help to find the right vehicle
- When customers travel with children, you assign the corresponding child seat
- Changes / cancellations will be processed by you
- Competently answer the e-mail requests of the finnish customers
What should you bring along to be part of the customer service team?
- First work experience
- Very good knowledge of Finnish in spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English
- You are communicative and work independently
- Flexibility concerning working hours and reliability complete your profile
