Our client is an award winning manufacturer of convertible kids toys that enable children to combine different parts and themes to create new scenarios each time they play. it is a strong brand which crosses all ages, genders and generations. The products can be assembled and connected in many ways. Any scene constructed can be taken apart again and the pieces used to create new environments and characters. It is the mission of our customer to transcend cultural and language boundaries to represent the diverse world we live in.

For the customer service / customer support department we are looking for talented personalities (m/w/d) with the following language skills: English plus German OR Dutch OR Hebrew.

What will I be doing in customer service / customer support?
- Answer question concering purchase orders and deliveries
- Help customers to find spare parts / building instructions /scenario setups
- advise on special services (birthday club, subscriptions, ...)
- Handle returns, refunds and replacement
- Support customers to online register and use or download company apps

What you bring:
- PC literate
- team player
- can work shifts
- can listen and solution focused
- decission maker
- experience in customer service / customer support is an advantage
