For the customer service / customer support department we are looking for talented personalities (m/f/d) with fluency in French.
What will I be doing in customer service / customer support?
- Answer question concering purchase orders and deliveries
- Help customers to find spare parts / building instructions /scenario setups
- advise on special services (birthday club, subscriptions, ...)
- Handle returns, refunds and replacement
- Support customers to online register and use or download company apps
What you bring:
- PC literate
- team player
- can work shifts
- can listen and solution focused
- decission maker
- experience in customer service / customer support is an advantage
