Our client is an online shop for home accessories. They offer temporary vacancies from now until the end of March 2022 for talented customer service personalities with French, Finnish, Dutch, Czech or German language skills (one of the languages is enough). You will be working from home but need to be in the Berlin area in case there is a requirement to visit the office.

You purely will respond to emails (no phone calls) from customers who already bought a product and now have questions to their purchase. Fluency in writing in either of the languages mentioned is a must.

Further requirements:
- Understands the importance of professionalism
- You operate best without lots of bureaucracy
- Highly motivated self starter
- well organized
