We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in the field of textbooks, e-books and interactive e-learning resources - related to the English language. The product portfolio provided focuses on world class content in the most relevant, engaging and flexible formats to support students, teachers and institutions through a lifetime of learning.

In this role you will be focusing on the Czech market - therefore speaking Czech fluently is mandatory.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be handling Czech customers’ queries as well as assisting the team with internal reporting and editing of support materials.

Key areas of support include:

Digital customer support

Online end-user support (teachers, students)

The ideal applicant will:

be a fluent Czech speaker
