Our customer is one of the main players on the coffee machines market, coffee pads and it is famous for its roasted coffee beans. The fast growth of this market has created new opportunities for motivated, service-oriented customer support staff (m/f/d). Our customer is represented in many city centers with own shops and also sells its products online. Customer loyalty is at the top of the company philosophy. This happens through membership loyalty programs and personal customer contact.
As a customer service / customer support agent you will:
- Support new customers: Opening the customers´ account, greeting the customer on the phone, explaining the club concept and receiving the first order
- have regular contact with customers to capture customer satisfaction
- Receive calls concerning problems with coffee machines and providing support to solve the issues
- Provide status information for the progress of larger repairs
- Track incoming payments
- hands-on mentality and good general knowledge
- customer care oriented (open to customer concerns, ability to listen, understanding customers´ needs)
- PC literate
- ability and availability to work in shifts
- Willingness to work according to given processes
- have very good knowledge of either of the following languages with a very good English: French, Dutch, Russian, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish.
With a very good German C1: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish.
