Our client is a service-oriented logistics service provider with focus on medicins, remedies and medical devices like wheel chairs, support stockings or incontincence pads. We are looking for talented staff (m/f/d) to support their clients during the ordering process and with questions about prescriptions, invoices or products.

As a customer service / customer support agent you will:
- take orders, track deliveries and advise on delivery dates
- process complaints and answer questions concerning products
- verify addresses and bank data
- explain regulations concerning pharmacy only products
- assist in using the online shop


The ideal candidate (m/f/d):
- Dedicated with a positive attitude
- Fluent in Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian
- PC literate
- structured and goal-oriented work behaviour
- can work shifts
- high level of accuracy and eye for detail
