Our customer is one of the big real estate agencies and is looking for multilingual support for their centrally located headquarter. As there is an increasing international demand for investment in dwellings our customer requires multilingual staff that can handle customer requests.

The role:
- Take care of the telephone switchboard (calls will be taken in English or German) and forward the customer to the appropriate colleague (depending on language skills) - might be you for your skills
- Identify customer needs
- Search suitable objects
- Send synopsises
- Collect feedback


You bring:
- Understand mentality and behaviour of the people(s) their language you speak
- good communicator
- service orientation
- computer literate
- Fluent in German AND either of the following languages: Polish, Italian, Spanish, English or Arabic
- You posess a valid work visa and live already in Berlin
