For a successful optician with numerous locations we are looking for several customer service agents (m/f/d) for order management and customer service and payment procedures.

What you will do in this customer service role:
- Order Management
- Payment processing
- Giving advice on technical resilience and care (e.g. sports glasses)
- Customer Master Data Management (e.g., address, bank details)
- If necessary, complaint processing

Who you are:
- Dedicated with a positive attitude
- Ability to share knowledge and best practice
- PC literate
- Customer mindset
- fluent in Dutch
