We are looking for talented customer support workmates (m/f/d) for the customer service of a leading hotel booking portal. Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Your tasks in this customer service role:
- Support customers when booking accomodations
- Assist in navigating the website
- communication with hotels (e.g., if a customer can not meet the arrival date)
- Administration of feedback and guest comments
- Identification of suitable hotels for customers
- Ensuring and continuous optimization of the outstanding quality and service standards provided by the company

Your skills for this customer support job:
- Dedication to customer service experience
- Fluent in Dutch, French or Danish
- Passion to continiously learn and develop
- Equipped with basic principles of information technology
- Professional yet fun
