Our client is a leading online portal for investments. More than 100,000 satisfied customers are looked after in more than 30 countries. Whether fixed-term, flex-money, currency transactions or overnight money - being an interested investor you will find the best conditions of the participating banks on this portal.

In your new task you (m/f/d) advise users on all questions about the portal. Typical questions concern the following topics:
- Login, password, account opening
- Safety standards, identification procedures
- Costs and fees
- Welcome and promotional bonuses
- tax certificates

You (m/f/d) are suitable for this position if:
- you want to work in telephone customer service / customer support
- you can work shifts
- you see your career path in a forward-looking industry
- you think and act in a service-oriented way
- you confidently deal with personal information
- you are fluent in Italian, Spanish or French

For a start, this is a temporary project for two months only. There might be an option for extension, but we cannot promise!
