Our client is a manufacturer of sportive cars. Due to the wide selection of different accessories the drivers have plenty of opportunities to equip their car individually and adapt it perfectly to their needs and lifestyle. Besides the printed catalogues drivers might have received when buying their car they often use the online shop to search for suitable products. Not every information there fits fully to the information requirement - and this is where you can assist.

If a customer requires additional information they will call you (m/f/d) - or send an email. Typical questions that arise are related to:
- the fit of specific parts into the cutomer's model
- availability of colours and sizes of parts
- software solutions and updates
- seasonal offers
- safty aspects and tests of products (e.g. child seats)
- road traffic regulations in other countries (e.g. snow chains, pet transport boxes)
- purchase orders and deliveries

Do you have what it takes:
- customer orientation
- interested in working in a customer service / customer support environment
- PC literate
- able to work flexible hours / shifts
- fluent in either Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Greek, Polish, Bulgarian or Dutch
