Our client is developing solutions for real-time mass notification and collaboration used by the large brands and government agencies to deliver critical information in any situation. Mass notification and collaboration is an essential element of emergency response and business continuity planning, keeping teams on track and coordinating during critical events.

In this customer support role you assist end user customers with products and services by providing exceptional customer service in an inbound call center environment. Leverage product knowledge to assist customers and troubleshoot with product inquiries and potential technical difficulties. Responsible for supporting customers’ short-term and long-term satisfaction and retention.

Essential Job Functions

_ Act as primary responder in prompt, professional, and thorough manner for inbound phone calls, emails, and/ or chat from customers
_ Resolve general inquiries or direct to other team members when appropriate
_ Provide assistance with onboarding and new customer account set-ups
_ Initiate and reset system passcodes
_ Document all customer interaction and system issues in company CRM tool
_ Track new customer set-up processes
_ Maintain regular communication with customers for support and may inform them of new system features

About you (m/w/d)

_ Volume may be heavy so ability to work well under pressure is key
_ Customer-centric focused with sense of urgency
_ During busy seasons, remain calm and troubleshoot effectively while juggling many issues
_ Role requires strong listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, judgment, patience, courtesy and positive demeanor
_ Fluent in Norwegian
