Our customer is a manufacturer of electronic devices and their products are available in most consumer electronics stores. To support the support team, we are looking for a talented personality (m/f/d) as a customer service representative for smart TV devices and applications.

Do you bring what it takes:

- good understanding of electronic entertainment devices and their functionality
- empathic listener and persuasive speaker
- customer mindset
- structured and goal-oriented way of working
- can work shifts
- fluent in Swedish and Norwegian

Typical tasks in this customer service role

- Receiving customer inquiries regarding the functionality of entertainment devices (general product inquiries or inquiries regarding operating functions).
- Compatibility check of different hardware components and software versions
- Advising customers on important topics such as wireless networks, mobility or even security components - to name just a few.
- If necessary, providing telephone support during installation or set-up
- Documentation / Processing
