With a presence of more than 100 years on the market, our client is one of the major producers of professional cleaning equipment. The production facilities are located in Asia, Europe and America. In order to continue to be successful on the market, we are looking for talented customer service staff. Recently, our client has launched its products in Scandinavia. Our client sees a strong correlation between employees and business success therefore appreciates the employees and promotes a performance-based culture with a focus on the work-life balance.

We are currently looking for communicative and professional customer service reps (m/f/d) who provide excellent service to external and internal clients. This is a full time job; Some of the responsibilities in this diverse position in customer support are:

- Handling incoming calls from existing customers who have problems or need help troubleshooting
- Answering questions from potential customers who are interested in the products and / or services
- Processing legitimate complaints in the customer's mind, without neglecting the interests of the employer
- Generate interest in the Company's services by inviting customers to use or test all services and products offered
- Following customer calls, the communication is briefly documented

Our successful candidate (m/f/d) for this job in customer service / customer support should possess:

- Interest in a position in customer service
- an energetic, passionate and motivated approach to work
- excellent communication skills in either Swedish or Norwegian
- high accuracy in work
- excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise
- empathic listener and persuasive speaker
