Our client is the creator of an intelligent, ever-growing Smart Home Services platform for the modern age. With their bundle of high-value services centered around the best possible WiFi, they are empowering CSPs around the world to provide their customers with unparalleled WiFi performance, personalization, security, and much more. Their services bundle is managed by a cloud, a data- and AI-driven cloud controller currently running a large software-defined network, which spans over three-quarters of a billion connected devices.

For the customer service team we are looking for some talented IT-enthusiasts to assist customers to best use the services provided. In this customer support role you will answer questions concering our client s system, such as:
- How does the optimisation of systems work with this technique?
- What are the minimum technical requirements?
- What integration options are available for existing solutions?
- How do I start a trial?
- Questions concerning connectivity issues
- Facilitating setting up and onboarding processes

Do you have what it takes?
- Focus on solutions not problems
- Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
- Fast learner
- Strong background in information technology
- You operate best without lots of bureaucracy
- Fluent in French
