For order taking and customer service we are looking for outstanding personalities (m/f/d).
Here's how you can imagine your tasks in customer support:
- Qualified telephone advice to customers and interested parties about products and services
- Reservation of parking slots and staff deployment planning
- Processing of complaints
- Managing Master data
- Back office activities
For this job in customer service you bring:
- First professional experience
- good linguistic expressiveness
- You are familiar with the handling of the PC and the common MS Office applications
- Service-oriented appearance
- Responsibility and commitment
- systematic way of working, accuracy and punctuality
- Fluent in German and either of the following languages: Portuguese, Italian or Croatian
