About you (m/f/d)
- first experience or interest in commercial customer service
- very good knowledge of Swedish or Finnish
- PC-literate
- service orientation, responsibility and engagement
- structured and target oriented working behavior
- flexible in working hours

About the job
- receive and answer customer enquiries
- advise on technical details and support users in dealing with the device
- order management for additional devices and return management
- blocking and installing of services
