Our client operates an Internet portal that enables people to easily and successfully find a partner. Using self-generated information and standardized questionnaires helps to identify suitable potential partners and ideally lead to getting to know each other. Our customer wants to expand and positions himself in front of his competitors as member-oriented and service-strong. In this respect, the customer service team should be expanded - that's why we are looking for you (m/f/d).
What you will do in your role as a customer service rep:
- Respond to questions concerning the business model
- Help with the operation of the online presence - provide advise on pictures, presentation of CV, way of communication
- Member master data management
- Account tracking
- receiving complaints about individual candidates (eg false information)
What you bring along:
- Communication skills and persuasiveness
- customer oriented behaviour
- service oriented
- flexible in time
- Fluent in German(C1 or better) and also in one of the following languages: French or Italian.
