What opportunities are there for you (m/f/d)?
The Customer Support Team is primarily there for the customer's learning phase. Customer support begins at the point when the company decides to use our client's product. In Customer Support, you will support the customer in becoming familiar with the product and in starting the first activities.

What would be your specific task?
- You keep in touch with the users and make sure that they use the product successfully
- You take care that all questions are answered quickly and to the customer's satisfaction
- You will continuously expand your knowledge of the product and help new colleagues if they get stuck.
