Our client is into new mobility and developes processes and products to charge electronic vehicles in a more efficient way. With the growing number of electronic vehicles offered by various manufactures we see an increasing demand for sophisticated solutions in eMobility. For the customer service team we are looking for talented personalities (m/f/d) in order to answer incomming questions about the concept and subscription possibilities.
What kind of questions will I be answering as a customer solutions representative?
- How much does it cost / How does it work?
- How can I find a charching station that is free?
- I have a problem with the app / cannot start the charging process
- Fleet managers might have specific requirements or questions concerning invoices
- How can I integrate the app into the telematics system in my vehicle?
- How can I avoid unreliable charging stations?
The ideal candidate will:
- have passion for customer service
- have ability to share knowledge and best practice
- have strong background in digital literacy
- be able to work shifts
- be a fast learner
- have multicultural awareness
- be fluent in English and Danish or Finnish or German
