Our client is one of the leader in the E-Health sector in western Europe. He´s growing fast and would like to hire some talented staff (m/f/d).

The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Customer retention operations through following the company’s customer retention strategy. Deliver high levels of customer service to external customers and internal customers for the European market.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will need to demonstrate:

Responsible for introducing new patients to the business through welcome calls and welcome letters.

Responsible for completing retention calls during specified time frames to existing customers to provide an efficient repeat prescription service.

To be the primary point of contact for repeat prescriptions between customers and the business through receiving and replying to communications (including telephone calls and emails) in a professional, courteous and timely manner.

Ensure the patient database is updated with customer details, any special instructions and follow up call dates and responses

Assist in the follow up of outstanding prescriptions to ensure the delay in customer service is at a minimal.

Assist in monitoring & entering Electronic Prescription System nominations

Good literacy and numeracy
Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Fluent in Finnish or Hebrew.
Has excellent organisation skills.
Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner when dealing with customers.
Excellent attention to detail when listening and placing orders
Is able to multi-task in a busy, customer service environment
