Our client is into solar modules and renewable energy services. They offer a wide range of products and solutions that enable high energy yields for residential and commercial photovoltaics systems and large power plants.
What will you be doing as a customer service rep (m/f/d):
- Maintain the technical support hotline to provide support to users, installers, and customers
- Use communication for basic bug fixes
- Ensure that all customer contacts are handled efficiently and effectively
- Provide first-level technical support for multiple product groups.
- Ability to follow technical troubleshooting and technical guidance to solve or determine the escalation route.
Skills / required knowledge:
- Customer and service-oriented attitude
- Understands the importance of communication
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Eye for detail
- Fluent in French or Dutch
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
