As a Customer Service Rep, you provide superior customer service and a positive experience to all customers. You enjoy providing solutions to customers and selling products and services.

_ Make sure your customer service skills translate into a positive move-in experience.
_ Recommend storage solutions and assist customers with their storage needs.
_ Make customer calls to answer questions about their account and collect payments.
_ Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
_ Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

About You (m/f/d):
_ Ability to work with multiple screens
_ You operate best without lots of bureaucracy
_ Highly motivated self starter
_ Passion to continiously learn and develop
_ Fluent in Danish
