Our client brings together expertise from purchasing, operations, engineering and data science to transform the way organizations discover and connect with suppliers. For that they have developed a unique supply chain management solution which streamlines processes and reduces cost. To support their existing customers in the best ever way, they are looking for talented staff to assist clients in using the multiple functions of the application.

About the role:
- help the customer to be successful in using the application
- be the focal point of contact for dedicated customers by building a strong relationship
- add value to the customer by mapping their business objectives and desired outcomes through maintaining a deep understanding of the product
- partner closely with other cross-functional departments to translate business needs and product requirements into solutions for customers
- keep customers up-to-date with new features
