Our client is a provider of an international loyalty programme for retail on- and offline shopping experience. Customers collect points with each purchase and can trade them in against products and services. Currently they are looking for you (m/f/d) to join the back office team.

Your tasks within the customer service / customer support team:

- Processing new customer applications
- Account clearing and receivables management
- Calculation of additional payments if the existing budget of earned points is insufficient to get the desired product / service
- Order management
- Tracking of deliveries
- Work in a customer support / customer service environment

Do you have what it takes:

- Highly motivated self starter
- Proficient use of IT office applications
- Good at seeing the big picture
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in Czech, Finnish or Spanish
