Our client is a fast-growing startup revolutionising the laundry and dry cleaning industry. They pick up, wash & deliver clean clothes within 24 hours.
They are now looking for enthusiastic individuals with nordic language skills to join their team. The candidate will be be responsible for liaising with customers and ensuring that an appropriate response / solution is given to all issues, concerns, questions and compliments to guarantee customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities as a customer service rep include, but are not limited to:
An accurate and timely response through all communication channels including email / live chat
Ensuring high standards of tone and language in all written and verbal communications to customers and internal stakeholders
Liaising with all stakeholders to resolve all customer complaints in the most efficient and effective manner
Shaping and automating the process of how they operate and identifying opportunities for improvement
Understanding of performance metrics to create analysis allowing to drive business results
Basic Qualifications to be part of the customer service team:
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in English and Swedish or Finnish or Norwegian.
To-do attitude and problem solving state of mind
Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
