Our client is not some online portal for the rental of holiday homes and apartments. Our client delivers real value for the landlords; this includes e.g. the setup of the job advertisement, marketing, price adjustments, communication with the tenants and the organization of cleaning services. The landlord simply books the modules that our client should take over for him - and then has to worry about nothing more.

What you (m/f/d) will do:
- Take reservations, maintain customer data, record order changes
- Contact with guests regarding arrival and departure time and coordination of key collection on site
- Communication with cleaning companies and coordination of the scope of services and the time of use
- Coordination of the laundry service (bed linen, hand and kitchen towels, hygiene products)
- Processing of damage reports
- Monitoring of payment transactions
- Marketing of the property in the social media environment
- Adjustment of prices according to the market environment
- Optimization of the presentation of the object on the website

What you bring along:
- strong service attitude
- can work shifts
- PC literacy
- find a good place in changing teams
- can set priorities and keep a cool head
- Fluent in Finnish or Norwegian
