Our client is a Global Freight Forwarding Company headquartered in Italy. Their mission is to offer outstanding logistics services to its high-end Fashion clientele by offering customized pick & pack services that require high quality standards and flexibility. The goal is to build long lasting partnerships with clients to guarantee business continuity and growth throughout the years, maintaining a steady and safe working environment for its employees.

The final goal of the Customer Service Representative is to run smooth and successful daily operations to reach maximum clients’ satisfaction following and meeting the agreed targets.

· Respond to any customer requests in a timely fashion via email or phone;
· Execute EDI orders by routing PO;
· Manage returns on time;
· Maintain Inventory Integrity;
· Foresee and resolve any issues that could arise during the shipping process;
· Make sure that bills are accurate and done in a timely fashion;
· Perform weekly calls with clients and attend meetings;
· Maintain clear communications with the warehouse personnel;

Qualifications for the position:
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
· Ability to deal well with change and ambiguity
· Ability to work well with others
· Fluent in Dutch or German
