On behalf of our client we are looking for several customer service agents (m/f/d) for the booking of adventure events and liaising with adventure organizers. Our customer runs an extraordinary online shop, often visited to search for extravagant gift ideas and great adventure offers.

Your ??responsibilities:

- You interact with partner companies with regard to events, participants, locations, etc.
- You book adventure packages for end customers and update availability and renewals on the web-site
- You are the first contact person for your business partners

Your profile:

- Fluent in Dutch, French or German
- Customer mindset
- Positive and forward thinking attitude
- Structured and goal-oriented work
- You like the phone and it likes you
