The Contact Center Agent position serves as a first point of contact for customers requiering assistance with complaint resolution, product information and availability, stock and special order sales processing, special order sales systems and delivery tracking, solving product related issues, answering questions about warranty and return policy coverage, complaint resolution.The CC Base Agent positions provide support via phone and/or written interaction.
The ideal candidate (m/f/d) will possess the following: strong communication (written, verbal and listening), decision-making and problem-solving skills; a positive approach to customer service; excellent time management/organizational skills (ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously); good computer and typing skills. This position requires outstanding selling skills as you will be asked to contact also clients who have not used the website for a longer period of time.
This service is available at the moment only in Germany therefore your German knowledge should be C1 or higher, have a " thing" for fashion and be able to communicate effectively in English.
