Our client provides customer support for high end fashion items and accessories. They have solutions for every need in particular when it comes to mixing and matching different clothing items in order to achieve the WINNER look!

The Contact Center Agent position serves as a first point of contact for customers requiering assistance with complaint resolution, product information and availability, stock and special order sales processing, special order sales systems and delivery tracking, solving product related issues, answering questions about warranty and return policy coverage.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate (m/f/d) will possess the following: strong communication skills, decision-making and problem-solving ability; a positive approach to customer service; excellent time management/organizational skills (ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously); good computer and typing skills. Fluent in Turkish and English
